PASTORAL MINISTRIES MEMBERSHIP CLASS We believe that the first step to getting involved with the ministries at Christian Life Center is church membership. We also believe membership to a local church is a necessity for all believers. That is why we offer a Membership Class for everyone interested in joining CLC and getting involved. This class will show you where Christian Life Center has been, where we are and where we are going. It will also help you to realize your potential, and activate your purpose. BAPTISM Water baptism signifies death to an old way of life and the start of a brand new one in Christ. If you haven't yet followed the Lord in water baptism, now is your time. We provide opportunities for baptism every Sunday. To find out more information contact our church office. COUNSELING Everyone faces a variety of pressures and problems in daily living and sometimes the effects of these stresses can become overwhelming. Depression alone will affect one in eight of us. That’s right, nearly 200,000 people in the greater Charlotte metropolitan area alone suffer from depression. Christians are not immune to emotional pain and that is why it's our desire that all church partners receive the care and attention they need when facing personal trials. All counseling sessions are for Biblical guidance only. No professional services in behavioral health are provided. BABY DEDICATION The arrival of a new baby is a joyous occasion for the whole family. Christian Life Center helps parents, family members, and friends celebrate this special occasion in a way they will always remember. These events typically take place on Sunday mornings, and they give parents the opportunity to introduce their little one to the church while also publicly accepting the God-given responsibility to parent according to godly principles. |
